In 2006 AHG acquired McGrath Lander Motor Group consisting of 15 dealerships across Blacktown, Liverpool and Sutherland Shire. Since purchasing the group, the NSW business has acquired an additional two dealerships; Lansvale Holden and Liverpool Nissan.

By expanding the business outside McGrath Lander, in 2007 the NSW total group adapted the branding AHG for its group operations. All dealerships individual identity remains, and continues to provide customers with great service, variety and value for money.

AHG’s origins can be traced back to Western Australia in 1952, with the Group now operating over 100 dealership franchise sites.
The Company is Australia's largest automotive retailer, with its major operations in Western Australia, New South Wales and Queensland.

	Rand Transport (refrigerated transport and storage)
	AMCAP (motor parts and industrial supplies distribution)
	KTM Sportmotorcycles (motorcycle importation & distribution in Australia and New Zealand)
	Vmoto Scooters (exclusive distributorship in Australia)
	VSE (vehicle storage and engineering services based in Victoria)

AHG first began their support in August 2009, this relationship came about due to our strong values in supporting charity organisations, being a predominately male skewed industry we believed this was a cause that we could make a difference in. In 2009 AHG showed there commitment and support through donating over $70,000 to the foundation.
